Regular safety inspections

According to the provisions of the "Electricity (Lines) Regulations", owners of electrical installations are required to arrange regular inspections, tests and obtain certificates for their electrical installations. Violators will not only be prosecuted, but they are more likely to cause fires and power failures, posing a danger to public safety.

Inspection requirements:

  • Scope of inspection:If the allowable load of a fixed electrical installation in a general residential or commercial premises exceeds 100 amps, the installation must be inspected, tested and certified at least once every 5 years.
  • Regulatory basis:Implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Electricity (Line) Regulations"
  • Safety purpose:Prevent fires and power failures to ensure public safety
